While we cant travel right now, we can raise funds for our up coming trip to Australia!
Help make that trip possible by sending in a one time or even a recurring donation!
We're Heading to Australia!!
In Australia today there is less than 90 Christian Churches. Australia is not only it's own country with this little amount of Christian Church plants, rather it is it's own continent. That is an entire continent with only less than 90 Christian Churches.
Branch Ministries has teamed up with one of those few Church plants to fly over and make a difference (as seen in the video above.) We will be working to unite those congregations to work together with the same efforts towards a much needed revival in Australia.
What the trip will look like is a day of action. Or should we say days of action. We will be going into town in each of the surrounding communities and sharing the gospel with everyone we can and make Christ known in the surrounding communities.
Donations (one time or recurring) to make this possible can be made at: https://www.missionstream.org/missionary/coughlin
Why do it this way?
Paul in Acts 17 passes through Amphipolis and Apollonia with his companions as they come to a Jewish Synagogue in Thessalonica. Just like the message Paul later gives in Romans 10 he proclaims to the Jews that Jesus is the Messiah, He is the Christ, He is Lord, the anointed one, the chosen one. In verse 11 the Berean Jews examined the scriptures not once, but daily to see if what Paul was saying was true. From that moment forwards the gospel begins to spread even more throughout the rest of the book of Acts.
This all started with Paul just going out and sharing gospel. Now of course this does not mean that we are going to walk up to people and shout, "repent and obey or you will perish!" We will just be striking up conversation after conversation with each person we cross paths with and as we do so bring up Christ and talk with them about where they are at with Christ and just love on them and show them the love of Christ.
